             | MF DIGITAL Equips all DVD Duplicators and Publishers with DVD-R/+R Recording
August 8, 2003 - East Farmingdale, NY - MF DIGITAL, a leading manufacturer of CD and
DVD duplication, publishing and printing technology, today announces that all MF DIGITAL
DVD duplication and publishing systems are now shipping with DVD-R/+R drive technology.

By integrating the Pioneer A06 DVD Recordable Drive, MF DIGITAL DVD duplication and publishing
systems address the need for wider compatibility by offering both DVD-R and DVD+R recording
formats. This drive provides 4X speeds at DVD-R and DVD+R and 16X speeds for CD-R recording.

"Now with -R/RW and +R/RW support, end-users can produce discs of either standard. Unlike the
BETA vs. VHS debate many years back that left BETA owners orphaned, no matter which format
ultimately becomes more dominant, our systems will support either. It's a win-win situation for
the end-user," says John McGrath, Director of Technical Sales for MF DIGITAL.
